We divide the selection process into seven well-defined stages:

  1. Briefing. With the client’s help, we elaborate and define the required profile.
  2. Characterization of the profile. To work on the characterization of a profile it is necessary to divide it into two parts:

    Hard skills: technical skills for the job.
    Soft skill: people skills.
    In this phase we will select your hard & soft skills needed to start the search process and create the selection process. Once this characterization has been created, the AI will be in charge of evaluating and compiling all the information for each application.

  3. Multiposting. Our team publishes the job offer, at least, in more than 20 job portals.
  4. Hunting. The active search for candidates begins. On our platform alone, we already have more than 230,000 candidates and the number is growing. This makes it much easier to get the best profile.
  5. Evaluation and Ranking. Through AI, with the characterized soft and hard skills developed in previous steps, the CVs and reports generated for each profile are analyzed in order to identify potential candidates that match the company’s specific search criteria. With this step, we avoid manually reviewing each application and significantly reduce the manual search time.
  6. Selection. Thanks to AI, a ranking of candidates is generated based on the evaluation of knowledge and skills defined above. With this methodology, we ensure that the selection test is objective and accurate. In this phase, a pre-selection and selection of those candidates that best fit the client’s needs will be carried out. Depending on the needs of each client, we can conduct the interviews ourselves and present the final candidate or present a series of finalist profiles.
  7. Validation. We present the final candidate(s) to the client along with an individual report and comments on the knowledge test or interviews conducted.

Frequently Asked Questions

The KTI (Key Talent Indicator) is an indicator in base 100 that indicates how close the evaluated candidate or employee is to the defined ideal profile. This indicator is key to streamline the hiring process as it is a talent validation index based on objective information.

With the recruiting as a service, you can benefit from multi-posting on different job portals as well as from existing candidates on The Wise Seeker platform. On the other hand, if necessary, a dedicated consultant will conduct hunting to ensure that there are candidates in the process.

You can combine knowledge, personality, competencies, skills and aptitudes according to your needs to obtain the profile you need. This way you will get the KTI specific to your organization.

There are currently approximately 410.000 people evaluated on The Wise Seeker platform. This means that when a selection process is published there is a high probability that candidates who have participated in other processes may apply.

The candidate is interviewed once he/she has been assessed and we have contained his/her talent indicator (KTI). It is in step 6 (Selection) where the best candidates are selected and interviewed. The client receives the individual report, CV and interview comments for the final interview.
